Frequently asked questions
What is MogranHub?
A bilingual (English/Arabic) B2B trade platform that connects verified suppliers and buyers for post-war Sudan — Sudanese exports to the world, and imports into Sudan and Africa for reconstruction.
Who can join?
Companies and individuals over 18: Sudanese exporters, producers, cooperatives, traders and brokers; foreign manufacturers and distributors selling into Sudan and Africa; and buyers, including government and institutional buyers. One account can be both a supplier and a buyer.
Is it free?
Basic accounts, listings, search and sending a few RFQs are free. Verification is free for the first 100 suppliers for 12 months. Paid options such as featured placement come later and are always shown before you buy.
Does MogranHub handle payments or shipping?
No. MogranHub is not a party to deals between users. You agree your own contract, inspection, shipping and payment. Brokered trades are available through a separate written agreement.
What does a Verified badge mean?
We checked the company's commercial registration, export licence (if exporting), the owner or manager's ID and that the company name matches. A badge isn't a guarantee — always do your own checks.
My documents were lost in the war. Can I still be verified?
Yes. We accept re-issued or replacement documents, and our staff confirm them with the issuing office where possible.
Why can't I see some security-equipment listings?
Screening equipment can be dual-use and export-controlled, so those listings are shown only to logged-in, verified government and institutional buyers.
Is the platform available in Arabic?
Yes — every page is available in Arabic with a right-to-left layout. Use the language switcher at the top of any page.
