MogranHub works only if buyers and suppliers can trust what they read. These guidelines summarise how we expect everyone to behave. They sit alongside our Terms of Use, which take priority if anything here differs.
1. List what is real and current
- List only goods you can actually supply, or needs you actually intend to buy.
- Keep your profile and listings up to date. Profiles not updated for 6 months are flagged to buyers and hidden from search after 12 months.
- Give your current operating location, warehouse and shipping route — not a pre-war address.
- Use your own photos and documents. Don't copy other users' content.
2. Be honest about who you are
- Use your real company or trading name, and only claim a badge you hold.
- If you sell a brand without being its authorised distributor, say so — the listing will be marked "brand sourced, not an authorised distributor".
- Documents issued before the war are accepted only if still valid; otherwise upload a re-issued copy.
3. Trade safely
- Check the other party yourself. A badge records checks made at a point in time; it is not a guarantee.
- Agree your contract, inspection, shipping and payment terms in writing before money moves.
- Be cautious of anyone pushing for urgent advance payment, changing bank details by message, or refusing an inspection.
- Report suspicious profiles, listings or messages using the report button, or email us.
4. Respect restricted sectors and the law
- Never list narcotics, weapons, ammunition, protected wildlife, or goods from conflict-affected sources where trade is banned.
- Security and screening equipment can be dual-use. Suppliers must be able to obtain export licences and end-user certificates, and these listings are shown only to verified government and institutional buyers.
- Medical device suppliers must show CE, ISO 13485 or FDA evidence.
- Everyone must comply with sanctions, export control, customs and anti-money-laundering laws.
5. Communicate professionally
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messages or harvesting of contact details.
- No harassment, threats or abuse — in English, Arabic or any language.
- Reply to RFQs promptly; our goal is a reply within 48 hours.
6. What happens when rules are broken
We may remove content, remove a badge, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious the problem is. Fraud and sanctions breaches lead to immediate closure and may be reported to the authorities.
