How verification works
Buyers abroad pay attention to badges, so every supplier starts unverified and earns trust in three levels.
Phone number and email confirmed.
Grey tick
Commercial registration, export licence (if exporting), ID of the owner or manager, and a matching company name.
Green “Verified” badge
Verified, plus a product sample test or site visit, and at least one completed deal or buyer reference.
Gold “Trusted” badge

The review process
- 01Supplier uploads documents from the dashboard.
- 02A MogranHub verifier reviews them — target: 3 working days.
- 03Unclear or rejected documents go back with a note explaining what's missing.
- 04The badge is awarded and shown on the profile and every listing.
- 05Badges are re-checked every 12 months.
Documents after the war
Documents issued before the war are accepted only if still valid; otherwise a re-issued copy is required. Staff confirm documents with the issuing office where possible.
Buyers can be verified too
Buyers can verify their company registration and ID, so suppliers know who is serious.
Sector rules on top of the badges
Auto spare parts & car paint
Suppliers selling a brand show a manufacturer or distributor authorisation, or the listing is marked “brand sourced, not an authorised distributor”.
Government security & solar technology
Screening equipment can be dual-use and export-controlled. These listings are shown only to logged-in, verified government and institutional buyers.
Medical equipment
Suppliers show CE, ISO 13485 or FDA evidence. Buyers arrange health-authority registration or import approval before shipment.
A badge means we completed these checks at the time of the check. It is not a guarantee or endorsement of a user, their goods or their future conduct.
